How did Nietzsche view the impoverished?

How did he expect extremely poor people to exercise their will to power if they don't have the capabilities/resources.

By the way, I'm talking African or South-East Asian poverty, not pansy American poverty.

How did Nietzsche view the impoverished?
Christianity teaches a love for the poor and weak. Nietzche preached self reliance and improvement. I could not find a direct quote on the poor. Yet, you could use this quote "Two great European narcotics: alcohol and Christianity," to deduce a dislike for the poor. He gets a bad rap because his views were twisted for Nazi propaganda. I would say he expected more from his fellow man.
Reply:well, i think you are using the term 'impoverished' not in a moral or judgemental manner, but strictly from a financial perspective.

with that assumption, in some ways, Nietzsche might view the poverty of Africa and South East Asia as a necessary precondition for future greatness.
Reply:I think his point was that if their will to power was strong enough they would get out of poverty. If they did not then they deserved it. He would say that we shouldn't feel bad for people like that who are weaker then us. He would probably say that Christianity makes up try to help them when they do not deserve it. I do not share the view compleatly but that would be his take on it as far as my know of Nietzsche goes.
